Everything. I stayed there just one night, but the hotel is really nice, with all services that you can ask for. In the neighborhood there are a lot of restaurants, supermarket, shops, and the corniche is not far and reachable also by feet.

I was fully satisfied with my stay. The hotel had everything I needed. Breakfast buffet was of great quality equipped with espresso/latte machines. Restaurants, cafes and the business center inside the hotel made my travel smooth and convenient. The location at the city center (and close to Qasr Al Hosn) was perfect with close accesses to public transportations, diverse restaurants and facilities.

Booked 3 days. Overall good experience staying here. Check-in was delayed due to the booked room having some problem with A/C on that day. But the staff arranged a deluxe room instead and offered breakfast. Mr.Alan and front desk staff were very polite and ensured we had a good stay throughout, until checkout and booking a taxi to airport. Location is close to Madinat mall and Corniche with a short taxi ride. Taxi stand is at the hotel’s door step. Highly recommended.

It was the third time we stayed in Novel and again we were really pleased with how it was! Ferdouse took care of our room and made sure we always had everything we needed, we are incredibly grateful for his service! The rooms are always very clean and smell good, my parents-in-law even got a room upgrade for free.

The location is great if you want to visit the shopping malls and the sights. The bus stop is near the hotel and there’s also WTC mall 5-7 minutes from the property. Good breakfast

The staff are so polite and have good manner, the really have their excellent hospitality cervice, from the reception his name is Anand hope I spelled correctly his name, he was handling my check in with smile and talk about Euros, he make me feel regular guest there event though my first time to check in there. And also from the bar in 1st floor the waiter and bartender was only both of them working for semi final Euro's a bit busy but they really taking care of all the guest.
